    Why Train in house?



    Many businesses are choosing to provide their first aid and manual handling training in house for logistical and financial reasons and because the want to ensure consistency and quality of training.

    High staff turnover and re-training can make ensuring that you comply with regulations using an outside training company and expensive option.

    Shift work can make organising courses very difficult and time consuming especially when you need to arrange for a minimum amount of staff to attend to achieve discounts on your courses.

    Not many businesses can honestly say that they haven't paid for courses that their staff were unable to attend, if you bring your training in-house you won't be throwing good money down the drain.
