Booking Your Course and Booking Terms and Conditions
Prices and quotes for courses and equipment are available upon request and confirmed by email.
If you are unsure about which course is best for you, one of our advisors will be happy to give you all of the information you need.
There is an online form available on our contact us page once received we will contact you by email or telephone at a time that is convenient for you.
To book your course please call us on 01223 911468 we will email you a confirmation and an invoice for the course.
Payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card or by BACS or Bank Transfer
Once we receive your deposit of 50% of the course price your place is secured and we will send out your instructor materials for you to study prior to attending the training. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable so please ensure that you are available for the course.
Failure to attend the course or any part of the course without notifying us by email at least 10 days prior to the courses start date will result in no qualification being issued and no refund will be given.
If you cannot attend the course for just reasons we will make arrangements for you to attend another course at a later date or you may send an alternative candidate to attend the course, this is at the discretion of ITG and will be subject to the substitute candidate requiring the same training or additional fees may be incurred.
Certification will remain the property of ITG until the course fees have been paid in full.
Although we have never cancelled a course- circumstances outside our control may force us to do so, in this instance ITG reserves the right to cancel a course and in this case will make every reasonable effort to re-arrange training to suit everyone concerned.
